Orders are subject to inventory availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund based on the original method of payment.
Delivery locations
Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada.
Delivery times
An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Barring exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within 3 to 5 business days of your order date anywhere in Quebec. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery dates may vary depending on the courier company's shipping practices, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered.
Delivery times may increase slightly during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).
Shipping costs
Taxes are applied to shipping charges according to your place of residence.
Shipping in Quebec is $12, but free for orders over $80 before tax.
Shipping to Ontario is $15, but free for orders over $100 before tax.
Shipping to the territories, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia is fixed at $20.
Shipping charges for other provinces are fixed at $25.
Additional charges may apply for shipping large or heavy items or to remote areas. You will be informed of these charges, and if necessary, an advisor will contact you by phone or e-mail. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
