Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef of your choice
- 6 skewers
Chimichury
- 1 cup of parsley
- 1 cup of cilantro
- 1/2 cup oregano
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup rosemary olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Mix all the Chimichury ingredients and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Assemble the skewers.
- Cook the skewers on the BBQ over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
