Ingredients

  • Thinly Sliced ​​Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Thinly Sliced ​​Yellow Tomatoes
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Fresh mozzarella or burrata of your choice
  • Slices of homemade bread

For the pesto

  • 1 cup basil
  • 1/2 cup salted cashews
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1 C. teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup garlic olive oil
