Our new spicy olive oil with crushed cayenne peppers in Spain corresponds to an index of 30,000 on the Scoville scale (Jalapeno is at 5000). This oil has strong aromas of cayenne peppers and hot red peppers. When you taste it, the flavor and heat of the chili will burst in your mouth.
