Even before bringing the tasting glass to your nose, the vegetal, sweet and lively aromas of fresh ginger begin to be felt. The fruitiness of ginger and slightly spicy, a lingering note of freshly harvested ginger root carried by pleasant sensations of olive fruitiness that envelop your mouth.

This olive oil unlike our flavored olive oils is called " Pressato ". But, what is pressato olive oil?

This appellation implies a complex and precise process of a simultaneous harvest of olives and other freshly picked ingredients, such as citrus, vegetables and herbs. The timing is essential, because the ingredients must be brought to the mill within three hours (to stop the ripening and avoid oxidation) which follow the harvest, in order to be quickly crushed together before the ripening occurs. This process creates a singular olive oil, with a high aroma, and a culinary experience which strengthens the organoleptic properties of olive oil and natural aromas from other fresh ingredients crushed at the same time as fresh olives.

This oil will be an immediate success in Asian inspiration salads, the duck, jumpers and cocktails.
