Our rosemary infused olive oil is perfectly balanced. It has a base of extra virgin olive oil as well as a hint of rosemary oil to create a harmonious and aromatic mix. Perfect for any roast meat, homemade breads or Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Combine it with any Olives and Treats balsamic vinegar for a sweet and savory vinaigrette or marinade. Add a generous splash just before serving roasted vegetables or pasta for added flavor.

Mix it with minced garlic to marinate pork, lamb or beef. Mix it with a balsamic from the pairing suggestions for an excellent vinaigrette; it's particularly delicious with rice and couscous. Brush a baguette or pita bread before grilling it. Use it to season tomatoes for bruschetta. Use it to roast nuts, especially cashews and almonds. Drizzle over your creamy polenta.
