Robust olive oil: Koroneiki - Spain

This Koroneiki from Spain is fresh and perfectly balanced. It is medium robust, but with great depth of flavor. It is very complex with notes of hazelnut, butter, apple and ripe banana. However, the flavors that stand out more are grass, green apple, green tea, mint, nettle, cinnamon, black pepper and olive leaf.

Robust extra virgin olive oil has a polyphenol level of 300 ppm and above.
