Featuring tangy fruitiness, our pink grapefruit rosé balsamic is particularly delicious with bitter leafy greens and fennel.

Like all of our balsamics, it makes a fantastic salad dressing when combined with olive oil, but it's just as delicious when used as a featured ingredient.

Try it on fruit salads or as a base for ceviche. Add this vinegar to soda water for a refreshing drink. Drain it over seared scallops, drizzle it over grilled fish, toss it with roasted vegetables, pour it over fresh fruit, or use it to deglaze the pan after searing pork or chicken.
