Our Dark Italian Herb Balsamic has just the right amount of acidity to shine in Neapolitan cuisine with rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage. It will give another dimension to your salad, marinade or your barbecue recipes.

It is considered the least sweet balsamic in our range.

Mix it with one of our citrus-infused olive oils to make delicious dressings for pasta salads.
