Made from the Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grape, it highlights everything we love about rosé wine: lively acidity and subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberry and strawberry.

This grape produces earthy, yet elegant wines that transition beautifully into a well-balanced, clean, fresh, crisp and dry vinegar.

For a delicious vinaigrette, combine it with your favorite olive oil and Dijon mustard. The velvety consistency will lovingly appeal to everything from salads to grilled asparagus to seafood.

Falling for something

Rich taste but less pronounced than regular balsamic. I love it in a salad with olive oil, red onions and coriander. A “must have” for summer. Also perfect for adding a little “kick” to vegetables at the BBQ.
