Our premium traditional style balsamic has been rated at 18 years of age and has been made using the traditional solera method, in Modena, Italy. With an acidity of 4%, this incredibly rich, complex and creamy balsamic offers excellent quality.

Mix it with one of our olive oils to prepare your vinaigrettes, glazes and marinades. This balsamic vinegar is divine with ice cream and fresh fruit.

Combine it with any olive oil to add complexity, depth and sweetness to your salad dressings and marinades.
