  1. Cut all fruits and vegetables into small cubes. Add the other ingredients and cook for 3 hours over medium heat so that the liquid boils.
  2. Stir regularly and particularly during the last half hour.
  3. Remove the bag of spices and put the ketchup in mason jars.

*If you want a more pronounced peach flavor, change the proportions of the balsamic.
