Fruit ketchup

Excellent fruit ketchup recipe with no added sugar!
Ketchup
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 3 hours
Servings: 5 to 7 jars
Ingredients
- 6 peeled peaches
- 6 peeled pears
- 6 onions
- 10 peeled red tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cuptraditional white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup peach balsamic vinegar
- 1 C. tablespoon of salt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of pickling spices placed in a tightly closed bag

- 1 cup peach balsamic vinegar
- 1 C. tablespoon of salt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of pickling spices placed in a tightly closed bag
Preparation
- Cut all fruits and vegetables into small cubes. Add the other ingredients and cook for 3 hours over medium heat so that the liquid boils.
- Stir regularly and particularly during the last half hour.
- Remove the bag of spices and put the ketchup in mason jars.
*If you want a more pronounced peach flavor, change the proportions of the balsamic.
