Ricotta and strawberry toast

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries cut into 4
- 1 C. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 C. teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 1 large slice of bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries cut into 4
- 1 C. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 C. teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 1 large slice of bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta
Preparation
- In a non-stick pan, over medium heat, cook the strawberries with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp. tablespoon of maple syrup. Cook until the strawberries begin to soften. Remove from fire.
- Mix the ricotta with the rest of the maple syrup.
- Bake the bread, spread the ricotta mixture on the toast and add the strawberries.
