Basic dressing:

Mix 2 tbsp. salad spices and vinaigrette at 2 tbsp. of white balsamic vinegar of your choice and 3 tbsp. tablespoon of sweet olive oil .

Here are other salad and vinaigrette recipes (same quantity as the basic vinaigrette):

- Salad of baby spinach, fresh goat cheese, pecans and dried cranberries. For the vinaigrette: lemon olive oil , dark tangerine balsamic vinegar and mixed salad and vinaigrette spices
- Green bean and red onion salad. For the vinaigrette: Bacon olive oil , dark balsamic vinegar with Italian herbs and mixed salad and vinaigrette spices
- Salad with arugula, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and Kalamata olives. For the vinaigrette: Garlic olive oil , traditional dark balsamic vinegar and mixed salad and vinaigrette spices
- Shrimp, quinoa and edamame salad. For the vinaigrette: Curried olive oil, peach white balsamic vinegar and mixed salad and vinaigrette spices
