Our California roasted walnut oil is made using traditional French know-how, 150 years old. The nuts are slowly roasted to perfection, then the oil is pressed out before being lightly filtered.

Our walnut oil is cholesterol-free, rich in antioxidants and omega-3. The rich, elaborate flavor of toasted walnuts is extraordinarily savory and adds a distinguished aroma and flavor to salad dressings and baked goods. The rich taste of this oil enhances salad dressings, pastas, grilled meats, fresh pastries and of course, the bread you dip in it. In short, this oil transforms simple dishes into gourmet dishes on its own.

Use this toasted walnut oil to drizzle over creamy squash soup before serving or over spaghetti squash topped with crumbled goat cheese. Combine it with your favorite dark balsamic , Dijon mustard and extra-medium virgin olive oil for a vinaigrette full of flavor. All you have to do is pour this vinaigrette over a chickpea salad with avocados, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and voila! For a nutty flavor in your cakes, replace 1/4 of the olive oil called for in your recipes with walnut oil.
