Did you know that it was possible and above all very good to put balsamic AND olive oil in a cocktail? Here is the proof:
Apricot cocktail recipe featuring our apricot white balsamic and basil olive oil.
Don't you like apricots? Change the white balsamic for peach and the apricot jam for peach.
Apricot cocktail
Serving size: 1 glass
Ingredients :
- 1 C. apricot jam
- 1 C. apricot white balsamic
- 1 oz of vodka
- Prosecco
- Small drizzle of olive oil with basil
- Apricot quarter and basil leaf for decoration

- 1 C. apricot jam
- 1 C. apricot white balsamic
- 1 oz of vodka
- Prosecco
- Small drizzle of basil oil
- Apricot quarter and basil leaf for decoration
Preparation
- Place the jam, balsamic and vodka in a shaker with ice. Shake until your hands are cool.
- Pour everything together with the dirty ice cream into a glass, then fill the rest of the glass with the Prosecco.
- Drizzle a few drops of basil olive oil on top.
- Add the decoration.
