Apricot (or peach) cocktail



Did you know that it was possible and above all very good to put balsamic AND olive oil in a cocktail? Here is the proof:

Don't you like apricots? Change the white balsamic for peach and the apricot jam for peach.

Ingredients :

Ingredients :

  • 1 C. apricot jam
  • 1 C. apricot white balsamic
  • 1 oz of vodka
  • Prosecco
  • Small drizzle of basil oil
  • Apricot quarter and basil leaf for decoration


  1. Place the jam, balsamic and vodka in a shaker with ice. Shake until your hands are cool.
  2. Pour everything together with the dirty ice cream into a glass, then fill the rest of the glass with the Prosecco.
  3. Drizzle a few drops of basil olive oil on top.
  4. Add the decoration.
