Mustard and maple salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 C.maple salmon spices
- 1 C. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil with butter

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 C.maple salmon spices
- 1 C. Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil with butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush with Dijon mustard, sprinkle with salmon spices and fresh chives.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or on the BBQ or in the Thermomix with steam.
