  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush with Dijon mustard, sprinkle with salmon spices and fresh chives.
  3. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or on the BBQ or in the Thermomix with steam.
