Description & use

A traditional white balsamic of the highest quality. Made with white Trebbiano grape must, our white balsamic is crisp and tangy, also leaving a touch of sweetness. Add it to lighten or sweeten your butter-based sauces or to enhance the taste of your vinaigrettes.

Combine it with any citrus olive oil and a Dijon mustard to make a salad dressing. Mix it with garlic olive oil to drizzle over your legumes. Combine with your favorite olive oil and fresh herbs to marinate seafood.
