When I created this recipe for you, I immediately thought of my childhood.

Indeed, since I was very little, the month of November has meant for me the beginning of the period when clementines are DELICIOUS. At home, I remember that we could easily eat 2 boxes per week of this little orange fruit with such juicy flesh.

  • Freshly squeezed juice from 3 to 4 clementines (or ½ cup of juice)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2% fat)
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds (white or black)
  • 1 teaspoon dark tangerine balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) maple syrup
  • Quarters of 2 clementines
  • Coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
