The mixture for this lobster roll is 👌. Our Dill Olive Oil and Seafood & Fish Spice Blend add so much flavor. It's worth trying!

Lobster roll

Serving size: For 4 regular loaves or 2 large ones

Ingredients :

• The meat of 2 lobsters
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1 C. chives
• 1 C. tbsp olive oil with dill
• 1 C. teaspoon of spice Seafood and fish
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• The juice of half a lemon

Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients well except the lobster.
2. Add the lobster to the mixture.
3. Butter and toast the buns.
4. Place a leaf of Boston lettuce in the buns, then add the lobster mixture.
