Lobster 2 ways

Tip: When it's lobster season, I cook a larger quantity, shell it and freeze it in portions in freezer bags. When the mood strikes me, I defrost a bag in the fridge and put it on absorbent paper. If it didn't have much water when freezing, it won't have much more when defrosting.

- Lobster
- Celery
- Capers
- French shallots
- Seafood and fish spice blend
- Lemon olive oil
- Dill olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon

Preparation
- For the lobster roll, I added a little mayonnaise to the mixture. Then I added an equal proportion of dill and lemon oil.
- To prepare lobster for pasta, I cooked the shallot and celery with the dill oil.
- Then I deglazed with 1/4 cup of white wine.
- I added the other ingredients.
- Optional: Add a little cream at the end.
- Once the pasta was drained, I drizzled with lemon olive oil.
