Tip: When it's lobster season, I cook a larger quantity, shell it and freeze it in portions in freezer bags. When the mood strikes me, I defrost a bag in the fridge and put it on absorbent paper. If it didn't have much water when freezing, it won't have much more when defrosting.

Preparation

  1. For the lobster roll, I added a little mayonnaise to the mixture. Then I added an equal proportion of dill and lemon oil.
  2. To prepare lobster for pasta, I cooked the shallot and celery with the dill oil.
  3. Then I deglazed with 1/4 cup of white wine.
  4. I added the other ingredients.
  5. Optional: Add a little cream at the end.
  6. Once the pasta was drained, I drizzled with lemon olive oil.
