1. Place the compote ingredients in a pot and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Let cool.
2. Prepare the whipped cream. To book.
3. Place all cheesecake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and gently mix together the cheese mixture and whipped cream. To book.
4. For the crust, mix the ingredients in a bowl.
5. To assemble the verrine, put 1 to 2 tbsp. graham crust at the bottom, add 1-2 tbsp. of the cheese mixture, add 1 tbsp. of account and another layer of cheese and finish with the compote.
