Ingredients
- 1 lbs of filet mignon
- 6 cherry tomatoes cut into 4
- 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of capers
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of parmesan shavings
- 1 C. teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper

Ingredients
- 1 lbs of filet mignon

Preparation
- Place the filet mignon in the freezer for 1 hour
- Take the filet mignon out of the freezer and cut it into thin slices
- Flatten the filet mignon using a rolling pin. To book.
- For the sauce, mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of garlic olive oil with grated parmesan and Dijon mustard, in a small bowl, using a whisk.
- Place the rest of the ingredients as well as the filet mignon on the plates, add the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper.
