Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of filet mignon
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut into 4
  • 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of capers
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of parmesan shavings
  • 1 C. teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of filet mignon
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut into 4
  • 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of capers

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of parmesan shavings

Preparation

  1. Place the filet mignon in the freezer for 1 hour
  2. Take the filet mignon out of the freezer and cut it into thin slices
  3. Flatten the filet mignon using a rolling pin. To book.
  4. For the sauce, mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of garlic olive oil with grated parmesan and Dijon mustard, in a small bowl, using a whisk.
  5. Place the rest of the ingredients as well as the filet mignon on the plates, add the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper.
