1. Coarsely chop the almonds and cranberries.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Add the honey and balsamic and mix with a spatula.
4. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate 30 minutes
6. Serve with plain Greek yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup
