What's better than a meal cooked with love by a loved one for Valentine's Day?
Every Valentine's Day, Catherine's lover Bernard concocts a little dish especially for her. This year, he shares his lemon and maple salmon recipe with you.

Ingredients
(about 4 servings)
- Lemon olive oil
- Maple and bourbon balsamic
- Old-style mustard
- Groundcherry
- Salt pepper

- Lemon olive oil
- Maple and bourbon balsamic
- Old-style mustard
- Groundcherry
- Salt pepper
Preparation
- Brush with lemon olive oil
- Add the quartered ground cherries
- Cook at 400 for 15 minutes or broil (grill on lowest setting)
- Add maple balsamic and bourbon
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
Accompaniment suggestion: asparagus cooked with Provence herb oil and fettuccine in lemon oil with parmesan and large pepper.
