- 100g vegetable oil
- 50g lemon olive oil
- 30g balsamic vinegar with figs
- 30g maple syrup
- 30g lemon juice

Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in an empty jam jar. Close and shake!
Fannélie recommends serving this vinaigrette with a green salad garnished with nuts, dried fruits and cubes of cheese.
