  • FOR THE MARINADE:
  • 1/3 cup smoked olive oil
  • 1 C. Cajun spices
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 C. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • FOR THE SHRIMP MIXTURE:
  • 12 to 14 baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 packet diced dried chorizo ​​(half of a 150g packet)
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 2 corn on the cob, cooked, in 3 pieces
  • 1 package (340g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Fresh curly parsley, chopped, to garnish
  • Smoked Cajun mayonnaise, for serving (see note)
