Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALMON:
  • 4 steaks of fresh salmon
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with pesto
  • 1 C. teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 C. tablespoon of salmon and tartare spices
  • 1 C. teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • FOR GRILLED VEGETABLES:
  • 1 small packet of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups mini sweet peppers
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with Provence herbs
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sweet olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with Italian herbs
  • 1 C. teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Feta cheese cubes
