1-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400F)
2-Cook the onion, garlic, celery and pepper in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add the meat, breaking it up as it cooks.
3-Drain the cooking juice.
4-Return the meat mixture to the pot, place on the heat and add the other ingredients.
5-Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes without a lid.
6-Meanwhile, prepare the bottom and top of the tart.
7-Once thoroughly cooked, pour the mixture into a deep pie crust. Even out the preparation.
8-Add a drizzle of harissa or chipotle olive oil to taste.
9-Cover with cheese and put the top dough.
10-Mix 1 egg yolk and a little milk, brush the dough before putting it in the oven.
11-Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
