Brie fondant with cranberries and pistachio

A quick and simple starter that doesn't require a lot of ingredients, we loved it! Recipe in collaboration with Annie Caron, thank you!
Melting Brie
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 10-15 mins
Ingredients
- 1 Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 French shallot, finely sliced
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil with basil
- 1 C. tbsp balsamic vinegar with figs

Ingredients
- 1 Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 French shallot, finely sliced
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil with basil
- 1 C. tbsp balsamic vinegar with figs
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the shallot, pistachios and cranberries in the oil for a few minutes. Add the balsamic to the figs, mix well.
- Place the brie in an ovenproof fondue pot and add the garnish on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes,
- Serve hot with crackers or baguette.
