April Fool's Day is a fun holiday appreciated by children, but also by parents with this simple and oh so tasty tuna pasta recipe! Drizzled with a good dose of our lemon olive oil, garlic olive oil and our seafood and fish spices, you will forget about the bad behavior of your little clown fish. 🐟

Ingrédients

  • 3 tbsp. tbsp (45ml) lemon olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. tbsp (45ml) garlic olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pitted and chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup green pesto
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp. drained capers
  • 1 C. spices Seafood and fish
  • 250 to 300 gr. long pasta (spaghetti or linguini)
  • 2 cans of 170 gr of drained tuna
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup of arugula

Préparation

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water.
2. Save 1/2 cup pasta water and drain pasta
3. Return the drained pasta to the pot, add the preserved cooking water and all the rest of the ingredients except the pine nuts.
4. Add the pine nuts when serving in addition to a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to finish.
