During a Facebook live with Annie Caron, we cooked Mediterranean dishes to highlight her new cooking class and, therefore, the month of March which is food month. In addition, at Olives et gourmandises, it is Mediterranean cuisine that we advocate.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALMON:
  • 4 steaks of fresh salmon
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with pesto
  • 1 C. teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 C. tablespoon of salmon and tartare spices
  • 1 C. teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • FOR GRILLED VEGETABLES:
  • 1 small packet of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups mini sweet peppers
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil with Provence herbs
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sweet olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar with Italian herbs
  • 1 C. teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Feta cheese cubes
